Product description

A wick is the part of a lamp that wears out. This replacement is cut for our chamber lamps: 5/8 inch wide, 11 inches long, flat woven cotton, long enough to reach the bottom of the fount and keep feeding fuel as it chars down.

• The 5/8 inch width is the one our chamber lamps take, including model 110.
• An 11 inch length reaches the base of a deep fount with slack to spare.
• Flat woven cotton draws fuel up to the flame by capillary action alone.
• Replace the wick when the tip goes brittle or no longer sits in the oil.

Loosen the burner, feed the new wick through the slot, and the lamp works as it did. Keep a spare with the lamp rather than in a different drawer.
